Heart and Soul Fitness group classes are designed for all fitness levels. We are an inclusive studio that understands the importance of meeting clients where they are yet challenging each one to reach their personal best.
Individuals who desire more intense training or personalized sessions, may consider personal training sessions to add their schedules. These sessions may be scheduled weekly or monthly.
In addition to physical fitness, we offer family and individual coaching to meet a variety of lifestyle needs such as supervised visitations, non-clinical consultations and life-skills coaching. These services are generally in partnership with local Social Services.
